The onset of Daylight Saving Time this weekend means indoor plants are waking up and moving from a state of dormancy (Oct-Feb) to a period of active growth (Mar-Sep). Angelo gives advice for dividing, fertilizing, re-potting houseplants along with relevant outdoor gardening tips for early March. Good morning and welcome back! Spring is almost here and there is so much to be done out in the garden. Angelo gives gardening advice for early March including lawn care, dormant pruning, and seed starting. He also answers caller questions like "When should I Prune my Japanese Maple", and "How low do I trim my Roses"?

In the final show of the season, Noelle helps to walk you through how to put your garden to bed. She covers fall planting, lifting tender bulbs, raking leaves, mulching, protecting evergreens, preventing winter desiccation, and more! Plus, she takes your call-in questions.

Mother Nature is keeping plants well watered with rain. Be sure to water any pots under cover where rainfall is not reaching, bring in your summer houseplants, and start planning for winter protection.
