About the Snake Plant, Mother-in-Law’s Tongue

Very easy to grow, semi-succulent plants with long, lance shaped leaves that are stiffly upright. Their foliage is mottled with shades of green, and some varieties have yellow margins, cylindrical foliage and small, bird nest habits. All work well in almost any light aspect, indoors and out. Care Notes

Grow in bright to medium to low, indirect lighting. Let soil dryout between waterings, do not overwater. Supply extra humidity by setting on a shallow tray of moistened pebbles. Feed with a Osmocote or Miracle-Gro at half strength once a month, April to September.
