It’s officially summer and with the heat, humidity, and lack of rainfall, it sure feels like it. This week, Angelo shares advice for watering the lawn and garden along with some mid-season pruning tips. He also shared tips for managing disease issues brought on by the heat and humidity. PLUS, he answered caller questions like “what’s the best way to protect my hosts from deer”, and “the leaves of my apple tree are turning yellow and falling off, what should I do”?
Angel’s Tips for Success
- Water plants early in the morning to prevent disease issues
- Feed annual planters & hanging baskets with Osmocote 5-6 weeks
