About the Swan River Daisy

A compact, bushy, mounded, spreading annual that produces petite daisy-like flowers with lavender or blue petals and yellow centers over fine, lacy foliage. Flowers bloom profusely all summer that often obscure the leaves. Hybrids are generally more vigorous and longer blooming than species plants. Great fillers in a sunny container or front annual border.

Care Notes

Grow in sunny areas, well-drained, amended soil. Feed with a slow release fertilizer, Osmocote® or Plant-tone®. Follow label instructions. Trim once a month if growing leggy. Excellent self-cleaning annual that is easy maintenance and repeat blooming. Mulch 2″ to suppress weeds, retain moisture and protect against extremes of soil temperature.
