Deer Resistant Perennials
Early blooming, deer resistant perennials
The native cardinal flower produces dozens of attractive scarlet red flower spikes towering over deep, burgundy-bronze foliage. Perennial Lobelia also comes in shades of pink and blue with the same showy, spike flowers, but with deep green foliage. A favorite of the hummingbirds and gorgeous along streams and rain gardens.
