About the Chinese Evergreen

This highly decorative tropical houseplant possesses ten inch long, two to three inch wide leaves in a variety of green, white, and pink variegations forming a low, bushy habit. Native to the rainforests and swamps of Asia, they are best used indoors in dark corners, low light areas, and in offices. They make an easy care air purifier. Care Notes

Grow in medium to low, indirect lighting 8-10’ from windows, middle of a dim room, or in low fluorescent lighting. Prefers average household temperatures, 60°-70°F. Keep soil evenly moist to slightly dry. Supply extra humidity by setting on a shallow tray of moistened pebbles. Feed with Osmocote or Miracle-Gro April-September.
