Petitti Rewards is a loyalty program offered FREE of charge to all customers. Members enjoy earning points that are converted to instant savings, seasonal magazines, and access to special offers and events before anyone else. Membership also allows us to better serve you, should a post-purchase question or need arise.

Please visit Customer Service at your favorite Petitti’s location to join. It’s as simple as providing your email address and home mailing address. An associate can also register you during checkout.

Lose a receipt? Can’t remember what you purchased in the past? No worries! Membership means your purchase history is on record with us. Simply stop in any Petitti’s location to revisit your prior purchases and/or generate a new receipt.

As a member, you’ll hear from us 2-3 times per week, as we send a mix of emails – some containing timely gardening advice, some containing seasonal inspiration, and some containing vital information on discount promotions and special events.

Petitti Rewards membership has no annual fee.

Use your Rewards profile with every transaction to ensure purchases are applied to your profile and points are accrued. Simply reference your profile at checkout, in the event the cashier forgets to ask.

Points are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Gift cards, planting services & delivery fees are excluded from rewards points calculation.

If/when items are returned, your membership profile may result in adjusted (deducted) points.
