Return policy

98% of the plants sold at Petitti Garden Centers are locally grown in Northeast Ohio, for Northeast Ohio, by our own expert team of growers and horticulturists. We stand by the quality of our plants, and all merchandise sold in our garden centers, and therefore we’re pleased to accept returns for purchases made at our retail locations. Returns must include the merchandise plus accompanying receipt. (Lost the receipt? If you are a Petitti Rewards member, no worries, we can look it up.)

Returning Non-Plant Merchandise

Qualifying merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt for a cash refund or credit card adjustment. To receive a cash refund or credit card adjustment, all merchandise must be in saleable condition. Damaged merchandise will not be accepted. Check refunds will be issued after 10 business days. Cash refunds over $50 will be refunded by corporate check.

Exclusions: Holiday-themed merchandise may not be returned after the holiday date. All clearance items are considered “final sale” and are therefore not returnable or refundable. Coupons are non-refundable. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied for all patio furniture, grills, and Christmas trees that are returned.
